Diplomatic shuttle service (DSS) was initially started in April 2002 at convention centre with a view to establish safe and speedy shuttle service for diplomatic dignitaries as well as domestic visa seekers. For this purpose modern buses were inducted in the armada. At the same time competent and experienced drivers were hired in order to provide reliable and high-quality service to the users. DSS, later on developed itself and not only facilitated transportation of visa seekers but also reduced the security hazards to the diplomatic premises by acting as first line of security for the visitors and by reducing the number of private transport inside the diplomatic enclave. Basing on the praiseworthy performance of DSS number of good performance certificates were awarded to its management.

ensuring the security of Diplomatic Enclave as well as that of the
Diplomatic missions through provision of highly reliable service.
